Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the Platform. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kb888, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data loss, service interruption, or any other damages of any nature.

kb888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability, particularly during high-traffic periods such as BPL match days and major cricket tournaments. However, scheduled maintenance windows and temporary unavailability are not considered a breach of these Terms.

9. Amendments & Governing Law

kb888 reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of international online gaming law and fair commercial practice. Any dispute arising from the use of the Platform will be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance, and thereafter through binding arbitration if no resolution is reached within 30 days.
